A four-month project-based course leading to 1) a specification and 2) a mobile-first figma mockup. A user-centered design approach was adopted (Lallemand & Gronier, 2016). The methods used to create the specification included semi-structured interviews (in the form of storytelling), analysis of the client requirements, user analysis (personas, experience map), competition analysis, card sorting (similarity matrices, dendrogram created on optimalworkshop.com). An interactive mockup of a mobile-first prototype was created from the specification.
